Linkage Community Trust supports peoples with learning disabilities and autism across Greater Lincolnshire and Yorkshire from over forty sites, including:
- 4 main sites based in Spilsby, Grimsby, Lincoln and East Riding,
- 4 Linkage College Campuses,
- 4 Linkage Choices Locations,
- 7 Linkage Care Hubs including,
- 22 Residential Accommodations and our
- 7 Community Supported Living services,
- 3 Linkage Offices,
- 1 Linkage Cafe,
- 1 Linkage Charity Shop, and
- Weelsby Hall.
How to find Linkage Community Trust
Our main sites
Each of our main sites is home to one of our Linkage College Campuses and a Linkage Choices location, it may also include Linkage Care facilities and our Linkage offices.
Linkage services
Each of our services have have multiple sites across Greater Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, this includes our seven Linkage Care Hubs in Greater Lincolnshire.

All of our corporate services are based in our Linkage Offices, including:
