Our Hospitality course is for anyone who is interested in the hospitality industry. Such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, travel and tourism.
Students can choose whether to focus on catering or customer service depending on their interests and aspirations. As well as work skills, you will gain transferable independence skills that will help you to look after yourself in your own home environment.
The Hospitality course is delivered in excellent purpose built facilities, to ensure that when you finish the course you are industry-ready. You will be learning and working in an industrial kitchen, with opportunities to work alongside our kitchen colleagues, experiencing all aspects of working in a kitchen.
At our Lincoln Campus we have a commercial café to further support employability skills and work experience.
You will learn an array of skills, not only to support your studies but also to further develop independence by preparing food and learning basic cooking skills. Maths, English and ICT skills are naturally embedded in the course, in accurately weighing ingredients, writing menus and researching products.
