We have a whole team who’ll be there to support you in your independence, including your own Key Worker, who’s there to ensure you have the right amount of support. They’ll meet with you regularly to make sure you’re happy and you’ll be able to contact them if you need to.

If you want to get involved in your local community, we’ll help you find out what’s happening in your local area. We can support you to access opportunities such as social groups, recreation activities, sports clubs or groups, charity events, volunteering experiences and more. All of these things can help you meet new people and build on your interests.
