Linkage is committed to providing training and development opportunities to enable staff to continuously excel and to help them to provide a high quality service.

A thorough induction is vital to ensure you have the right knowledge and skills to perform your role safely and effectively during the induction and probationary period and ensure that the relevant mandatory training needs are met.

Whatever your role with Linkage we can help build your skills and confidence ensuring the right level of training to suit your needs either at Introductory, Intermediate or Advanced levels.

If you are new to a Care role, the Care Certificate will give you an excellent grounding in recognising the care needs of others and will start you on a journey to achieving a Level 2 Diploma in Care.

If you are new to Education, you will be supported to work towards the new Education and Training Qualifications.

Through Supervisions/One-to-Ones and Appraisals with your line manager, the training requirements for your role are planned, with due consideration given to your continued professional development towards the required qualifications appropriate to your future progression.

Our planned Annual Training Plan ensures a wide variety of courses are offered to enhance your skills to enable you to develop your knowledge and progress to recognised qualifications.

Many Qualifications are also delivered internally, such as the Diplomas in Care up to a level 4, Level 5 Diplomas in Leadership and Management, Education and Training Qualifications, Business Administration Qualifications and more.

Our aim is to take your strengths and aspirations and help you to grow, through support, regular one to ones, teaching, mentoring and access to new opportunities to empower you to make a difference in the lives of others.
