How to apply
We’re looking for Community Supported Living Support workers to join our team across Greater Lincolnshire. With full time roles available in Alford, Lincoln, Louth, Mablethorpe and Toynton.

All newly recruited, eligible employees will automatically be included, however you must ensure the criteria has been met and confirm the level of payment you will be entitled to receive.
What you will recieve
- Fully qualified full time support workers will receive a payments totalling £400
- Car driving, fully qualified full time support workers will receive a payments totalling £500
These payments will be received as follows:
- The first £200 or £250 payment will be made after 3 months of service once you have successfully completed your induction.
- The second £200 or £250 payment will be made after 6 months of services after successfully completing your probation period.
Eligibility criteria*
To be eligible to receive the Golden Handshake Scheme
- You’ll join the team as a full-time Community Living Support Worker in our Alford, Lincoln, Louth, Mablethorpe or Toynton Hub.
- You’ll work full-time, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- You’ll fulfil our agile hub approach of working – covering different Linkage hubs when required.
- You’ll undertake a full range of rota patterns including nights, weekends and bank holidays, working to meet the needs of the people we support.
- You’ll successfully complete your mandatory training for the role within your first 3 months of service.
- You’ll attain your Care Certificate within your first 3 months of working with us or with your 6 month probationary period.
Terms and conditions*
- The benefits of the scheme are discretionary, not guaranteed and do not form part of your contract of employment.
- Linkage has the right to amend or discontinue the scheme at any time.
- Retention payments awarded to any new recruits in any retention payment period, will not act as a precedent for future schemes, because the payments are not guaranteed in any way due to being allocated funding by an external organisation.
