Our HR and Support Services team supports the key Directorates of Education, Care Services and the Chief Executive’s Department. The Directorate currently comprises four key areas: Human Resources, Payroll, Estates (including both Grounds and Property Maintenance) and ICT.
At Linkage, the HR & Support Services Directorate plays a key role in managing the employment relationship from recruitment to retirement for all full-time, part-time, bank and volunteer staff.
