Linkage supports hundreds of adults with learning difficulties across Lincolnshire and beyond every week through services including Community and Residential Care, Day Services, a multi-site specialist college, supported employment opportunities and much more.
We are looking for volunteers to help deliver a professional and excellent customer service experience to all internal and external customers.
Communicating effectively, your duties would include reception/administrative duties in the main reception area by greeting visitors in reception, ensuring all visitors are signed in and issued with visitor badges, undertaking the signing in/out processes and dealing with incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries.
Previous experience of working in a office/reception would be an advantage. You would be volunteering as part of a team, however, ability to undertake tasks on your own initiative is a plus.
Although previous experience of working with adults with learning difficulties and disabilities is desirable, it is not essential as we will provide full training and support
