We are seeking to appoint a Teaching and Learning Manager to work within our quality team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the operational running of the Colleges campuses, the development and delivery of the curriculum and an outstanding experience for learners.
The post is offered as a permanent, full time role, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all curriculum areas ensuring that learners are receiving a well-rounded curriculum which is rich in opportunity and choice. You will have a proven track record in leading and evaluating projects which enhance RARPA programmes. You will be overseeing the day to day operational running of teaching and learning, ensuring that all policies, processes and procedures are being adhered to.
Central to the role is an understanding of the SEND provision and establishing strong working relationships with local authorities, parents, and other relevant outside agencies and stakeholders.
You will be expected to work effectively across all college campuses ensuring that learners are receiving high quality teaching and learning, that meets learner needs, and remove any barriers to learning. You will drive effective practices that inspire both staff and learners.
Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance practices linking to Ofsted inspection frameworks, participate in formal observation practice and write coherent development plans for a wider team.
