Support workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.   Job roles are varied and determined by the type of the service being provided and the person supported. We are looking for people like you to provide high quality compassionate care and support to our clients who live in Linkage residential properties. No two days will be the same as you support clients with all aspects of their individual care package. This means you will be helping with their home environment, personal care needs, medication etc., supporting them access other provisions such as Linkage College or Linkage Adult Skills and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities in the community.

Communication is undertaken via email, we advise you check your inbox and junk mail. Should you be offered a role you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
