Support workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.
Job roles are varied and determined by the type of the service being provided and the person supported.
We have a part time Support Worker vacancy available in Spilsby. This role is required to cover days, evenings, waking nights and weekends, working an average of 12.5hours per week on a shift pattern to meet the needs of our Short breaks and Respite service.
We are looking for people like you to work with our clients in respite care, who have a range of learning and other disabilities. You will be providing personal care, and supporting our clients to take part in a wide range of activities, including domestic tasks, shopping trips, leisure activities and social occasions.
