Support workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.

Job roles are varied and determined by the type of the service being provided and the person supported.

We are looking for people like you to provide high quality compassionate care and support to our clients who live in Linkage residential properties.

No two days will be the same as you support clients with all aspects of their individual care package. For this role you will be a 1:1 support for a gentleman with mobility issues. You will be required to transport our client, who has his own wheelchair access vehicle to and from Adult Skills 3 days a week and 2 days in house to assist with morning personal care, room care, laundry, shopping and swimming.

You will be a part of a team working at the Residential Home Oak Lodge, located in Mablethorpe.

Candidates need to be flexible to support the requirements of the service.

A driving license and use of vehicle are required for this role.
