Senior HR Advisor – Toynton
Does your skill set include multi tasking, working under pressure and the ability to achieve results whilst maintaining a motivated and productive team?
To be successful for this role, you will have gained experience in a busy HR team, and will be a good HR generalist, used to managing a busy caseload, and confident to work with people at all levels. You will also be competent in producing reports and providing management information, and be proficient in the use of the HR Information Systems. You will be required to travel county-wide to deliver HR services.
Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level/or equivalent, and have a Level 5 CIPD Qualification, working towards level 7.
