The exciting and challenging position of Retail Development Manager is now available at Linkage Trading Limited! Our successful candidate will be the strategic lead in this area of our business, developing and delivering a plan for the sustainable growth of a number of high quality charity shops across Greater Lincolnshire that utilise volunteers and generate income for Linkage.
To be effective in this role, you should have previous experience in the development and delivery of retail services, and proven experience of maximising and generating retail opportunities. You will be recruiting and managing volunteers, as well as income and expenditure budgets, and you will also need to know how to price, sell and merchandise donated goods.
