Are you a caring person, who has a passion for helping or developing young people?

If so, we want you! We are looking for staff to support our college learners on their educational and daily programme including giving guidance/ assistance with personal needs, domestic tasks, mobility and general independence skills.

As a College Support Worker you will be:

  • Providing effective and sensitive support to designated learners and contributing to their development in all areas of their college programme.
  • Providing short-term cover for colleagues in residential/educational areas as required.

This role is available in two locations:

Bank College Support – Lincoln campus (Vacancy Number: ELIN018)

Bank College Support – Weelsby Campus in Grimsby (Vacancy number EW424)

Although previous experience of working with adults with learning difficulties and disabilities is desirable, it is not essential as we will provide full training and support to complete a Care Certificate. Additional FREE in-house training is provided to ensure person-centred services that enable individuals to develop skills and behaviours to live independent lives.
