An exciting opportunities has arisen within the Work Skills Programme to support clients in developing transferable work skills within a placement. The successful candidate will have responsibility for delivering employability focussed sessions across the county, delivering individualised employability programmes, and sourcing new placement and maintaining existing ones.
Applicants should be educated to Level 3 or equivalent, and hold, or be willing to work towards, an approved teaching qualification and assessor’s qualification. Candidates will also be expected to undertake the Information, Advice and Guidance Diploma. All candidates should have excellent communication skills and experience of working with people with learning difficulties and disabilities, as well as access to a car for business purposes.
