Support workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.
Job roles are varied and determined by the type of the service being provided and the person supported.
We are looking for people like you to provide high quality compassionate care and support to our clients who live in their own home or within the community.
No two days will be the same as you support clients with all aspects of their individual care package This means you will be supporting clients with a wide range of activities, including domestic tasks, shopping trips, leisure activities and social occasions and helping with personal care needs, medication etc as required.
You will be part of a team working across different locations in and around Spilsby/Skegness and Toynton. Support is provided on a 24/7 basis.
Candidates need to be flexible to support the requirements of the service.
A driving license and use of vehicle are required for this role.
Although previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable, it is more important that you demonstrate our values. Can you:
