Care

Linkage’s Care Services owe their origins to the recognition that, for many young people with varying degrees of learning difficulty, there is a shortage of appropriate support for them to lead creative and purposeful lives in the community. This has been evident to Linkage for many years, as it has applied to a small, though significant number of young people when they have completed their further education courses at our college.

Linkage has been running residential care homes in the Lincolnshire area since 1992. We now have a range of housing options across Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire which are designed to help people live the life they want to. Housing options include:

  • 24 Residential Care properties
  • Supported Living
  • Community Support
  • Short Breaks and Respite

Each home is for the sole occupation of the clients living there. Clients are offered places on the basis of their likely compatibility and shared interests and experience.

We help hundreds of people with learning disabilities aged 18+ to gain new skills, become more confident and live more independently.
