The vast majority of organisations have a gender pay gap, and we are pleased to be able to say that Linkage’s gap compares favourably with that of other organisations, including those within our sectors.
At 1.38% Linkage’s mean gender pay gap is significantly lower than for the whole economy and that for our sectors. It also compares favourably with that of occupations related to Linkage’s core business – care workers and special needs education teaching professionals.
Notwithstanding the above, gender pay gap is a subject about which Linkage is not complacent and is committed to doing everything it can to further reduce the gap.
