Once again Team Linkage laced up their running shoes to take part in the Great Grimsby 10K.
On the Sunday 1st June 2025 our fantastic runners set off from the Grimsby Town Hall starting line, to take on the annual 10k challenge to raise funds for the vital services the Linkage Community Trust provides to support people with learning disabilities and autism. Surrounded by thousands of others, they made their way to People’s park and successfully crossed the finish line.
This fantastic achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of our runners, the enthusiasm and the hard work of our volunteers and the generosity of everyone who donated.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every runner who signed up and participated in the Great Grimsby 10K on behalf of Linkage.
The Great Grimsby 10K is not just a run; it’s about community, support, and the opportunity to make a difference. Among the Team Linkage runners were people we support, Linkage colleagues, and a number of colleagues from Sylvester Keal. All our runners showed exceptional commitment and spirit during the race.

Alongside the personal achievements of the day we are grateful for collective efforts of everyone involved. The day wouldn’t have been a success without our Team Linkage volunteers who did an outstanding job supporting the event. They assisted the Fundraising team and played a crucial role in marshalling the event alongside the Tape2Tape team. Their enthusiastic presence provided much-needed encouragement and motivation to all participants.
