Linkage Choices is a day service for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Flexibility and choice are at the heart of our service, with a range of day, evening and weekend activities for people to choose from.

What we do

We are here to provide you with more than just somewhere to spend your day.

We provide unique opportunities for the people we support to experience fantastic, meaningful – and most importantly – fun activities, that are tailored to your individual wants and needs.

There are multiple activities to choose from every day, meaning people have real opportunities and choice to live the life they choose, based on what they like doing and what their aspirations are.

At Linkage Choices you will

Make your own decisions about how to spend your time, develop new skills, try new things and build on your current interests.
Get involved with your local community and have choice and independence.
Be supported by wonderful Linkage colleagues, including our in-house Positive Behaviour Support and Clinical team.

How we work

You can attend Linkage Choices on a flexible basis to suit your individual needs, which could be from half a day, to five full days – or just one of the evening/weekend activities. This means, if you go to college, or access other provisions, we can still be a great option for you.

We focus our support delivery on four main areas:
