Customer Service

This course is for anyone who is interested in the customer service industry. You’ll gain a full insight into the fundamentals required to deliver an excellent customer experience within a range of settings.

You’ll have opportunities to demonstrate and practise your skills in real working environments and the chance to lead on events such as charity golf days, fashion shows, open-day events and more. Through meeting and greeting members of the public you’ll develop your communication skills and grow in confidence.

This course will support you to develop employability skills by giving you a hands-on learning experience that allows you to demonstrate good work ethics and professionalism.

As well as the unit topics, maths, English, ICT and transferable personal and employability skills are naturally embedded, so by the end of the course you will be fully equipped with the necessary skills to provide great customer service.
