As part of the application process you are required to complete the following documentation.

The application form also includes a Pre-Employment Screening Form. Due to the nature of the work undertaken at Linkage, we require information from you about any convictions that you may have.
We have also included an Equal Opportunities Form, which helps us to ensure the effectiveness of our Equal Opportunities Policy.

The equal opportunities form will not be viewed by anyone involved in short listing or appointment for this post. All forms must be returned to the Personnel Team by either email at personnel@linkage.org.uk; or by post to the address below, to arrive no later than 5pm on the closing date:
