Staff Development at Linkage

Linkage is committed to providing training and development opportunities to enable staff to continuously excel and to help them to provide a quality service.

The Staff Development department offers over 50 courses including Disability Awareness training, teacher training qualifications and NVQ's up to level 4 and 5. Staff can undertake individual specialist development. This being just a part of our continuous commitment to invest in our staff.

Many courses are held at regular intervals as part of the Annual Training Plan and in addition, the flexibility in our delivery enables us to offer further specialist courses. Opportunities for further development are also available through external workshops.

Our training and development is targeted towards maintaining and developing a consistent and up to date service for our learners and service users, coupled with personal development for our staff.

Staff are provided with an induction which includes meeting the directors (sharing the Linkage Vision) and courses that help them to settle in to life as a Linkage employee.
