Personnel

The Personnel Unit based at Hartsholme Park in Lincoln assist members of staff with issues which relate to their employment.

They also deal with recruitment and selection, issuing terms and conditions of employment and administrating the various processes associated with employment at Linkage. This includes CRB checks, insurance for driving company vehicles and any other queries that either managers or members of staff, may have.

The team can provide advice on policy matters, maternity & paternity and all other Personnel related issues.
