Employment Services

Linkage Employment Services develop employment opportunities for learners and other service users. The Employment Service works closely with our Education and Care Service to develop links with businesses and organsisations throughout Lincolnshire and beyond. Our aim is to train, support and provide opportunities for people with learning disabilities in order for them to gain placements and paid employment. This is dependent on the individual's skills and abilities.

Our Employment Service focuses on the needs of the learners, service users and employers. Some employers may never have considered offering a job to someone with a learning disability. Through advice, support and training, Linkage can help employers to overcome any concerns.
