Where do Linkage service users live?
There are a number of residential care homes and supported-living training flats in the towns of Spilsby, Louth, Grimsby, Mablethorpe and throughout other areas of Lincolnshire. There are also purpose-built independent living flats and bungalows in Mablethorpe, which are registered as residential care provision and are designed to enable people to experience what life is like in their own accommodation. Each user of our service will determine in consultation with their Sponsoring Agency, family/carer, professional advisor, the degree and nature of support and counselling they require.
Accommodation is available for people who may wish to ‘move on’ to increasingly independent accommodation, with ongoing support from Linkage with a community support programme.
Care Managers, approved by the Registration Authorities, are appointed to the houses and, together with care staff, ensure 24-hour supervision and support.
