In 2014, the Corporate Excellence Team at Linkage centralised and coordinated all stakeholder surveys across the Trust’s services. This has enabled the team to fully understand how our stakeholders have judged those services and to ensure that the results are embedded into our existing quality assurance processes.
The surveys undertaken and included within this report are either directly managed by the Care Services Directorate and/or the results relate to the services that our clients and learners chose to access.
My son went to Linkage with no confidence. Now he doesn't want to come home because he's busy with friends. This is brilliant!
