The Resource Department
within Linkage has three main elements. These are
Business Services, Information Technology and The Estates Department.
Our main focus is to ensure our three core activities Education, Care
and Employment are able to concentrate entirely on their specific areas,
whilst the support services of HR, Finance and Resources ensure all
other factors are dealt with in such a manner so can support every
individual student and other service users to achieve their full potential. These
support services are also in place to enable staff to concentrate on
their work with students and other service users knowing that the infrastructure
at Linkage is being dealt with by others.
