About Linkage Enterprises

and Rutland Business Awards, Social Enterprise Award 2005
Linkage established its first social
firm in Mablethorpe in 1999. Linkage Green includes a county-class bowling green, a pavilion,
hire facilities, gardens and a Cafe Restaurant.

Linkage Green was developed on a
former holiday-home site, Thorpe
Sands, in Mablethorpe which was the highlighted for regeneration by the
local authority. The whole site has been re-developed following successful
bids for funding from the Government's Single Regeneration Budget, with
Linkage working in partnership alongside a number of other organisations in
the Mablethorpe Regeneration Partnership, led by East Lindsey District
Council. Linkage has also contributed financially to the projects under
the Partnership Scheme.
 |
Linkage Green is situated on Stanley Avenue in Mablethorpe and is
adjacent to two Linkage houses, Beech Lodge and Oak Lodge, and
supported living training flats which were also developed
following successful bids for funding from the Single
Regeneration Budget. Twenty-four residents live in the houses
and flats, supported by care managers and their teams of care
staff. |
