For over 20 years, Linkage has been committed to developing opportunities for independent living. Linkage recognises that, if students and other service users are to be given any real opportunity to live independently, then the issue of real employment opportunities must be on the agenda.

The Employment Service focuses not only on the needs of students and other service users but also on the needs of businesses. Employers want people who can do a good job and add something of value to their business. That something could be anything from dedication to making customers happy. Linkage wants to make sure people are given the chance to show employers that they have skills, talents, and the ability to do a good job.
