Welcome To Linkage

Linkage Community Trust is a national charity based in Lincolnshire, delivering high-quality specialist education, care and employment support services to learning disabled people. Its 36-year history has established Linkage as a major provider in delivering flexible services, which promote personal autonomy, independence and achievement.

The aim is to ensure that learning disabled people have the same rights and opportunities for inclusion, fulfilment and feeling valued in society as everyone else.

Linkage College is the longest-established specialist college in the country and accommodates both residential and day students at our Lincolnshire campuses, aged primarily between 16 and 25.

Linkage Care Services offer residential care, supported accommodation and respite care facilities in more than 50 properties across the county and beyond.

Linkage Employment Services work in partnership with more than 140 employers to support learning disabled people into meaningful and sustainable jobs..



For the first time in 36 years, Linkage has published a book about the experiences of some of our students and service users.

Care Services

Linkage runs residential care homes and supported accommodation and respite care with some 56 properties across the county. It is all part of Linkage’s vision of helping learning disabled people achieve independence where possible.

College

Linkage College, which is been rated as “good with outstanding outcomes for students” by Ofsted, provides exceptional education for young learning disabled people aged 16 plus. Students are both residential and day learners at our campuses.

Employment

Linkage’s service users benefit from our supported employment service and our specialist team has secured paid work with national and local employers for learning disabled people who have gained industry-recognised qualifications.
